Malojer Baumanagement GmbH & Co has been a reliable business partner of the Tirolean hospital authority TILAK for more than 20 years. Apart from local site supervision for construction at the state hospital in Hochzirl, and planning and building supervision work at the state hospital in Natters, the major focus of the work is at the centrally located University Clinic in Innsbruck. This is where - amidst uninterrupted hospital operations - the zones of internal medicine, a general remake of the surgery building including the renewal of 25 operating rooms and construction of a helicopter landing pad and helicopter tower equipped with elevator, were implemented under the authority of the local construction supervision.

Many new buildings belonging to a variety of special clinics were constructed and turned over to their destined purposes to the fullest satisfaction of patients and General Contractor alike. Exemplary in this connection were the renovation of the low-rise construction of the surgery building, the planning and building supervision of the children’s wake-up zone in the western annex, the general overhaul of the internal medicine area and the local construction supervision of the renovation of the facade of the surgery building.
Malojer was equally supportive in adding further stories to the Women’s and Neurology Clinics to accommodate quarters for technical and business facilities; and for generating tenders for the work. At the Children’s and Cardiology Clinic, Malojer was in charge of generating the tenders for the work in the first building phase, as well as with the overall inspection of additional work verification. Currently, Malojer is at work in planning Building Phase 2.
